Terms and Conditions – Paw Patrol AS

1. Company Information

Paw Patrol AS is an e-commerce business based in Norway.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Paw Patrol AS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with Norwegian law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within the withdrawal period

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns and Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function.

6. Complaints (Reklamasjon)

Customers have the right to make a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.

If a product is defective or not as described:

  • We will offer repair, replacement, or refund where applicable

7. Limitation of Liability

Paw Patrol AS shall not be held liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
